We have essential needs such as food, water and rest. Even if we try to put them to the back of our minds, they will still find a way to express themselves externally. But how many times have I thought ‘I need someone to talk to,’ or ‘I really need a hug.’ then pushed those needs aside as something that can wait till another time? or something unnecessary.
